Greg Kelly has been a licensed commercial real estate broker covering the Denver, Colorado metropolitan area since 1994. Greg's career started at Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate and then transitioned to Sullivan Hayes Commercial Real Estate. Wanting to be in charge of his own career and future, he moved his license to RE/MAX Professionals and started his own commercial real estate business. Greg's experience has been varied as he has worked with national chains, as well as small, independent businesses and everything in between. Greg has also represented clients in all phases of commercial real estate; retail, office, industrial and business ops with leasing and sales of commercial real estate properties in the Denver, Colorado area. Listing responsibilities include generating promotional material, cold calling prospective buyers/lessees, motivating offers, review and response to offers and final agreement to terms. Buyer responsibilities include analyzing Buyers needs, monitoring available properties, recommending third party professionals (lenders, contractors, surveyors, etc.), writing detailed and succinct purchase agreements and ensuring all purchase details are properly finalized. Tenant responsibilities include site analysis and selection, drafting and submission of letters of intent, deal point negotiations, lease review, negotiations and general client services.
